Course Aim: This course is designed to meet the requirements of the ACMA's "Lift" Cabling Provider Rule (ICTTC138B). Lift cabling is used between the local distributor (LD) adjacent to the lift machine/motor room and the lift control cubicle and lift cars.
The course applies to customer cabling terminated on distributors (LD). It applies to the installation, maintenance and modification of lift cabling at the levels stated in the range of variables. |
Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course each delegate will be able to:
-Install/modify cable support, earthing and termination infrastructure
-Install/alter cables and earth wires
-Terminate and test cables and earth wires
-Create/update cable plans and records |
